Lawson Cup Update

The 2016 Lawson Cup finalists are now known after two bruising Semi-Finals on Wed 27 Jul 16.

The Semi-Finals of the 2016 Lawson (Inter-Corps) Cup were played on 27 Jul 16, with the REME beating the Royal Artillery 36 – 28 and the Royal Engineers beating the RLC 34 – 14 in two cracking games of top quality Armed Forces Rugby League.

The 2016 Lawson Cup Final will be played on Sun 4 Sep 16 at Odsal, home of the Bradford Bulls with a 1230 KO, as a curtain raiser to the Bradford Bulls v Swinton game. The 2016 Lawson Cup Final in this the 20th Anniversary Season of Inter-Corps Rugby League will between the same two teams who played in the first ever Inter-Corps game in 1996, when the REME played the Royal Engineers in Arborfield.
